At JumpPlus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all devices are in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Log into your JumpPlus account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
